There are four training options available to FDS clients.

1. Training at Food Decision Software (FDS) office in Toronto

Training will be held at FDS’s offices in north Toronto. Classes will be announced as they become available and/or as required.

2. Onsite Training

A trainer will go to the client's site and provide training to the client's users. Hands-on makes it possible to train a number of users quickly. The travel time and expense for the trainer can be spread over a number of users.

3. Internet (remote) Training

Training is provided over the Internet using a program called GoToMeeting®. The client and trainer see the same visual on their monitors and communicate via telephone or speakerphone. It allows people in a number of locations to share a program like WinFDS together.

4. Post implementation and Review

A trainer from FDS goes to the client's site or sites typically a few months after the initial implementation and conducts further training of users at the client's site or sites. A review of the client's business practices is performed and suggestions are made on how to use the WinFDS solution for maximum efficiency.
